TROUBLESHOOTING
We have encountered a problem repeatedly that is very simple to solve. If you are on www.musicinfosystems.com entering your correct UserID and Password and are denied access, you may need to clear your cached pages in your web browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer:
Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the page.
Select "Internet Options" from the dropdown menu.
In the middle selection (still under the "General" tab), select "Temporary Internet Files," Click on "Delete Files..."
When the pop-up screen appears, click on "delete all offline content" so the "check mark"
appears in the box, then check "ok." (This may take a minute or two.)
Click "OK" again.
Then, enter the MIS system from www.musicinfosystems.com and try again.
If you are using a browser from the Netscape family:
Go to the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences,"
Then go to the "Advanced" category,
Select "Cache," and click both the "Clear Memory Cache" and "Clear Disk Cache"
buttons. (This may take a minute or two.)
Click "OK" again.
Then, enter the MIS system from www.musicinfosystems.com and try again.
This should remedy any logon problems you were experiencing.
